Short, and written before we need them rather than after. Everything on this page describes what the site does today: it runs a demo, and nothing is for sale.
1. What this site is today
HIGHGRADE is a demonstration. There is no wallet connection, no payment path and no contract deployed. The pack you can open on this site is simulated in your own browser: the result is produced locally, pays nothing, and disappears when you close the tab. No purchase of any kind can currently be made here, by anyone.
2. What it will be
When packs ship, buying one will be a game of chance settled on Robinhood Chain. The odds table, the floor and the cap for each pack will be published before payment and pinned to the purchase. Most packs return less than they cost — that is what a house edge means. Roughly one CORE pack in five is expected to come back worth more than its price, and four in five are not. Nothing here is a promise of any return.
3. Who may use it
You must be of legal age where you live. Packs will not be offered to United States persons and will be restricted in the United Kingdom, Canada and Switzerland. Access from those places may be blocked. What you are permitted to hold or play where you live is your responsibility, not ours.
4. What a card pays out
Cards pay tokenized instruments on Robinhood Chain that track the price of an underlying asset. They are not the share. They carry no voting rights, no ownership, no dividend entitlement and no claim on any company. Brand marks identify the asset a card pays out and imply no endorsement. HIGHGRADE is not affiliated with Robinhood Markets or with any company whose mark appears on a card.
5. No advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The numbers published here — odds, expected value, edge, floors and caps — describe a game, not a forecast of anything.
6. Availability and change
The site is provided as it is, with no promise of uptime. Odds tables are versioned; once a purchase pins a version, that version governs the purchase. Tables, tiers and this page can change, and the date at the top of this page moves when they do.
7. Before anything is sold
This page covers a demo. A full agreement — governing law, dispute handling, the operating entity, refund and settlement rules — will be published here before a single real pack is offered, and will be linked from the purchase screen. If you are reading this and packs are on sale without that agreement in place, do not buy; tell us instead.
